Fernando Zaragoza, 24, is wanted for failing to appear in court on a burglary charge. Zaragoza is a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes
Jonathon Moses Papillion, 20, is wanted for three counts of fraud. Papillion, nicknamed "Prince,” is a black male with brown eyes and black hair.
