Thousands Flocked to the Chester Village Green on Saturday for food and Fun and Sunshine at the 11th Annual Chester Fest

The event, sponsored by the Chester Community Association, featured approximately 150 vendors peddling a diverse array of crafts and other merchandise and distributing informational materials.
The state’s only World Champion Pie Eating contest got underway on the stage shared by musical acts and a dog show while the Chester Children’s Theater and other bands played on a second stage.
Children enjoyed arts, crafts, contests and games at the KidsZone.

The sunny and warm weekend weather lured many people out of their homes to enjoy outdoor festivals on a weekend that also included Hooray for Hopewell.
