Between the hours of 11:00 pm on November 29 and 8:00 am on November 30, Vandals punctured the tires on at least thirteen vehicles in the City Point neighborhood of Hopewell. The punctured tires were the only reported damage, and no property was removed from inside the vehicles. Based on the similarity of the incidents, they were likely committed by the same offender or group of offenders.
“Hopewell Police are asking that any persons who have any information about this senseless crime spree to contact us immediately so those responsible can be brought to justice,” said Sgt. Barry Bayes. The Hopewell Police non-emergency number is 804-541-2222.
