Disputanta man wins Powerball

A Prince George County man who became the eighth $1 million-winning Powerball ticket holder in the past eight weeks claimed his prize Tuesday.
Keith Copeland of Disputanta matched the first five numbers in the January 12 Powerball drawing. The only number he didn’t match was that final number,the Powerball number. The winning numbers were 10-14-21-23-47 and Powerball 7.
He bought his million-dollar-winning ticket at Salem Market,11420 South Crater Road in Petersburg. On January 15, he returned to the store to receive his check from Virginia Lottery Executive Director Paula Otto. The store received a $10,000 bonus from the Lottery for selling the winning ticket.
