Police say dad left babies in car

PRINCE GEORGE On Friday morning police responded to the 7900 block of Bull Hill Road for an anonymous phone call reporting two children crying and were believed to be in a vehicle parked outside the building.

When police arrived on scene they located two children in the car with the back windows rolled down. At the time of the incident that morning, temperatures had already reached almost 90 degrees.

The vehicle was believed to be parked outside the residence for almost 30 minutes.

Officers on scene heard sounds coming from the rear of the residence and found two adults engaged in sexual intercourse.

Juan Monte Munford, 27, of Petersburg, was charged with two counts of felony child neglect and one count of indecent exposure. He was transported to Riverside Regional Jail from the scene.

Latoya Wilson, 25, also of Petersburg, was charged with one count of indecent exposure and was released on scene.

The children were transported by Prince George Fire and EMS to Southside Regional Medical Center.
