Red, Burgundy, Purple cop youth softball victories

The Red Hots, Burgundy Bullets and Purple Power all captured Youth Girls softball victories Monday.
RH won 7-2 over Orange Crush; Burgundy downed Baby Blues 12-2 and Purple Power beat Green Machine 4-1. RH-OC
The Red Hots scored early and late to claim that decision. RH got two runs in the first inning and remained on top the rest of the way. OC closed to 3-2 in the fourth, but RH got four tallies in the fifth to nail down the decision.
Chasity Gray and Kaylee Tucker had a hit and run each; Krystal Walker two hits and two runs; Kaylee Hayes and Makeese Bell three hits and two runs each; Katie Modlin and Brittany Hiatt a hit each; and Halei Coward three hits for RH.
OC leaders were Ciara Quarieri with two hits and two runs; LaQuayle Argurs and Lexius Torres two hits; and Cherokee Crutchfield, Mary Taylor and Tarra Salter a hit each. Burgundy-Blues
Burgundy scored eight times in the third inning to break a 2-all tie and sew up the win.
Natalie Slayden had three hits and two runs; Tianna Sydnor, Tiffany Taylor, Taylor Root and Tatianna Carpenter a hit and run each; Megan Hayes three hits and three runs; Courtney Tomney three hits and a run; Haley Melton two hits and a run; and Kefira Jones two hits for Burgundy.
Blues leaders were Shelly Estep, Maygan Persinger, Ashton Parrish, Brooke Bennett, Jenna Kestner, Caitlynn Baynard, Rebecca Adam Walker and Stacy Henderson a hit each; Simone Liptrot a hit and run; and Courtney Granderson two hits and a run. PP-GM
PP scored three times in the first inning and led all the way.
For PP, Brooke Ward had two hits and a run; Halee Nugent a hit and run; Amber McCracken two hits and two runs; and Paisley Loving, Lauren Terry, Christian Webb and Madi Moore a hit and run each.
GM leaders were Yasmine Tyler, Angel Lilly, Shalyah Leslie and Christina Copeland with a hit each; Cindy Ferrell, Courtney Ellis and Sherrie Coleman two hits each; and Voncella Thomas two hits and a run.
