James Haskell Willcox, Jr., 68, of Hopewell, died Thursday, June 26, 2008 in colonial Heights Convalescent Center. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
